I bought this orchid for my mother for Mother's Day. The orchid seems so exotic but traditional at the same time. The tall thin stems and unique blossoms make it easy to recognize. I created this painting at a live art fair event. It was the first time I had done something like this and it was a lot of fun. I delivered the flower gift on my way home!
